We only use European almonds! They have a distinctly nuttier and more aromatic flavour compared to overseas almonds. Our blanched almonds are ivory in colour, with the brown skin carefully removed using steam. They are crisp and firm, providing a satisfying crunch. Almonds are an excellent source of fibre and protein. They are perfect for snacking, baking, cooking, mixes, toppings, and desserts.
